Stay in Style

The fight song doesn’t carry the same weight when you sing it alone. Rather than worrying about cleaning up your party space, you can get right to savoring another victory with your friends and fellow fans.

When it’s time to retire, our condos allow you to stay in style. Featuring open floorplans, spacious balconies, and high-end upgrades, you’ll feel like a winner long after the final touchdown.

Fall-Of-the-Bone Pork Ribs

1 rack of baby back ribs
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Prepared mustard
1 cup barbecue sauce

Ribs

Preheat gas grill for high heat. Lightly oil the grate.

Combine spices in a jar. Close the lid and shake to mix.

If your butcher did not trim the membrane from the back of each rack, run a small knife between the membrane and each rib. Snip off the membrane. Cover ribs with prepared mustard and then sprinkle rub on both sides of the ribs.

Lay the ribs on the top rack of the grill. Reduce heat to low and leave undisturbed for one hour.

Brush ribs with barbecue sauce and grill an additional five minutes. Serve ribs as a whole rack or cut between each bone. Enjoy!
