The early arrival fee for WestGate is $100.
The late departure fee for WestGate is $100.

SpectrumBand™ Wristband

Your SpectrumBand™ wristband is a new, unique way to gain access to all areas of WestGate.

  • Full access to the SkyGate Club and Fitness Center 
  • Your pass for all home-game catering activities
  • The key to your room and elevator access
  • Complimentary access to all resort activities
  • Number of bands are issued according to room size. 
Late Arrivals

Running a little late? Rental Office hours for check-in is 9 AM-5 PM with hours extended during game and event weekends in Tuscaloosa. If you arrive after the Rental Office has closed for the evening, please call our after hours support number at (855) 287-1318 for support and our on-call team will be able to help you completed your guest registration.


All guest reservations are allotted the use of condominiums vehicle spaces per the Condo Owners Association. The number of spaces is determined by unit size as per the table below. Additional public parking is available on 8th ST in front of the property.* 

The City of Tuscaloosa regulates the public spaces on 8th ST, and may restrict access to public parking during game-day events at the Stadium

Oversized Vehicles

The following vehicle types are prohibited from parking on property or in any of our overflow parking lots:

  • RVs and campers (this includes Sprinter vans with hook ups)
  • Trailers
  • Buses
  • Boats and Jet Skis
  • Off road vehicles
    Any vehicle which, in the sole discretion of WestGate COA Management Team, is of a size too large for a parking space to accommodate.
Game-Day Catering & SkyGate Club Access

During Home Game weekends and other events as determined by the Condo Owners Association, The COA provides onsite catering and services for owners and their guests. As a Spectrum Rental Guest, you and your guests are assigned SkyGate Club Passes for their stay. Catering Menus will be placed in your check-in packet. The number of passes is based on the unit size as per the table below. Note that all food & beverage offerings and amenity seating at the SkyGate Club are first-come, first-served.

Packing & Planning

Travel Times

Our local experts have agreed on a few important tips to remember regarding your drive to WestGate

  • Game-Day Weekends can lead to heavy traffic, especially during conference games, and the city of Tuscaloosa restricts access to certain roads around the stadium 3 hours prior to kick-off. 
  • If possible, avoid a check-in or check-out on home-game days, and arrive earlier in the week for a premium game-weekend experience.

Transportation Options:

  • Uber and Lyft are available locally for easy travel to and from downtown Tuscasloosa. 
  • For a more unique experience, JoyRide golf carts are also available for limited transport in and around campus.
  • The Strip is located less than two blocks from WestGate and walking is a great way to experience the Tuscaloosa Game Day scene!

Room Amenities

All Spectrum Accommodations come with a starter amenity package. Each bathroom and kitchen will include one of following items. Additional amenity packs can be requested from the Front Desk for a small fee.

  • Toilet Paper Roll
  • Travel-Size Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Lotion
  • Bath Bar Soap
  • Package of ground-coffee and filter
  • Single-use laundry detergent pack
  • Travel-size dishwashing liquid
  • Single-use dishwasher detergent
  • One trash bag per trash can. 
  • Towel and Linen set for each bathroom

Grocery Delivery Services

Speak to our Front Desk at 251-737-1000 regarding our grocery delivery services. Have your groceries waiting for you on arrival by completing an order form with your requested items. There is a 20% service charge on the total grocery bill and a $35 delivery fee. If you would like to request a form or return one, please email us at frontdesk@westgateal.com 

Departure & Check Out

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

Sadly, all good things must come to an end. When the time comes to leave WestGate, we want it to be easy. 

There are just a few small items we ask you to do in your unit before departure. 

  1.  Load and start the dishwasher. 
  2. Remove all Trash. Trash chutes are located by the service elevator and in the middle of the building at each floor.
  3. Turn off all lights. 
  4. Stop by the front-desk to return your SpectrumBands and Garage Access Cards
  5. If leaving before the front desk opens, please leave these items on your kitchen counter.
