All guest reservations are allotted the use of condominiums vehicle spaces per the Condo Owners Association. The number of spaces is determined by unit size. One bedroom units get 1 space. Two bedroom units get 2 spaces. Three through Five bedroom units get 3 spaces. Parking outside of your assigned spot could result in your vehicle being booted and a $500 removal fee. Additional public parking is available on 8th ST in front of the property.* The City of Tuscaloosa regulates the public spaces on 8th ST, and may restrict access to public parking during game-day events at Bryant-Denny Stadium. The following vehicle types are prohibited from parking on property: RVs and campers (this includes Sprinter vans with hook ups) Trailers, Buses, Boats, and any Off Road vehicles. Any vehicle which, in the sole discretion of WestGate COA Management Team, is of a size too large for a parking space to accommodate. The garage has a clearance of 7ft. Any oversized vehicle that cannot fit in the garage or within the lines of the parking spot will have to find alternative parking options in the area.

Please list the name and age for each individual in your party so we can prepare in advance a wristband that provides access to the Elevators, Room, SkyGate Club and Fitness Room.

The registered guest must be 25 or older in order to check-in. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is Noon. All Spectrum Resorts accommodations are non-smoking and non-pet friendly. I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or the full amount of any charges incurred by all persons occupying the above room number and I shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the premises or contents. I understand and agree that the credit card provided for this reservation agreement will be charged 100% of monies due the day of booking if booking for an event day. For non event days, the card on file will be charged the $99 deposit at the time of booking, and the remaining balance 3 days prior to arrival. Any incidental charges will be added to my bill and the same card charged. An additional $50 per adult/per day incidental deposit will be pre-authorized for any incidental charges. Your debit card authorizations can take up to 14 days to release.

Additionally we gladly accept your use of debit card for transactions. If a debit card is used, your account will be debited the day of check-in for the projected balance due of your stay. Spectrum cannot be responsible for any returned check fees associated with your bank account.
